Tabletop Diorama
Stormwater Basin, Stream Restoration, and Reforestation Planting Area
This 1:87 scale (HO) diorama was designed to include key aspects of land development engineering projects. This includes stream restoration work in progress and a completed stormwater sand filter basin along with a newly planted reforestation area. The platform features a Caterpillar 966M Wheeled Loader and a Caterpillar M318D Mobile Excavator.
The platform measures roughly 36″ x 12″ and includes an acrylic dust cover. At scale, the platform encompasses 22,700 square feet of area, roughly 1/2 of an acre!
